Do you work independently or with a team?
We work in small, trusted teams to ensure your home is cleaned efficiently and thoroughly.
Will the same cleaner come every time?
While we can’t guarantee the same cleaner for every visit, you may request a specific cleaner or team if you’ve found one you love. We’ll do our best to honor those requests based on availability.
What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
You may cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment with no fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will incur a 25% service charge. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied toward rescheduling. There is no fee to reschedule.
How do you prefer to be paid?
All payments are processed securely online through our booking system. We accept all major cards. Cash tips are welcome but not required.

What exactly does your cleaning service include?
Each service — General, Deep, or Airbnb Turnover Refresh — includes detailed cleaning tailored to that package. You can view full service lists under each option when booking online.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Our teams come fully equipped with professional-grade tools and products. You don’t need to provide anything.
What brands or types of cleaning products do you use?
We use premium, surface-safe cleaners and disinfectants that leave behind our signature AromaClean scent — light, fresh, and never overpowering.
Do you use eco-friendly or non-toxic products if requested?
Absolutely. Upon request, we can use eco-friendly or fragrance-free options. Please note your preference at booking.
Can I request specific areas to focus on (baseboards, fridge, fans, etc.)?
Yes! You can add specific areas or upgrades when booking, or let your cleaner know upon arrival.
How long will the cleaning take for a home of my size?
Times vary by home size and service type, but most cleanings take 2–4 hours for average-sized homes. Larger or deep cleans may take longer.
- Expectations & Preferences
How do you handle fragile or delicate items?
We treat every home with care. Please identify any fragile or sentimental items before your appointment so we can clean around them safely.
Should I pick up or declutter certain areas before you arrive?
Yes — we recommend clearing surfaces, removing clothes or personal items, and tidying cluttered areas to help your cleaners focus on actual cleaning tasks.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
You’re welcome to stay or go — whatever makes you most comfortable. Many clients provide door codes or key instructions and return to a refreshed space.
What happens if something is damaged or broken?
While accidents are rare, AromaClean is insured. Please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can resolve any issue promptly.
Do you offer deep cleaning, move-in/out, or Airbnb turnover services?
Yes! In addition to standard residential cleanings, we provide Deep Cleaning and Airbnb Turnover Refresh services. Move-in/out cleanings can be accommodated upon request.

How do you ensure quality control?
Each team member follows a detailed checklist for every clean. After completion, you’ll have a walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations.
What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
If something was missed, we’ll gladly return to correct it. Client satisfaction is central to our brand promise.
How should I contact you for follow-up or feedback?
You can reach us directly through your booking confirmation email, text message, or our website contact form. We welcome feedback — it helps us maintain excellence.
Can you send reminders or confirmations before each visit?
Absolutely. Upon request, we can use eco-friendly or fragrance-free options. Please note your preference at booking.
Can you send reminders or confirmations before each visit?
Yes. Automated appointment confirmations and reminders are sent via email and/or text before each scheduled cleaning.
- Scheduling & Logistics
What are your hours of operation?
Our cleaning hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturday–Sunday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM.
How much notice do you need for booking or changes?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, but next-day availability may be possible depending on our schedule.
Do you charge extra for same-day or weekend cleanings?
Yes. Same-day bookings incur an additional fee to accommodate schedule adjustments. Weekend cleanings are available at no extra cost.
What if my home is larger than expected or has extra rooms?
If your home exceeds the booked square footage, an additional $25 per 250 sq. ft. will be added at completion to reflect the extra time and effort.
